




Job Summary: The Functional Systems Analyst will act as a bridge between internal departments and technical ERP and systems teams, mapping processes, documenting requirements, and supporting integrations. Support for system integrations and improvement projects The Functional Systems Analyst will be responsible for acting as a bridge between the company's internal departments (e.g., manufacturing, planning, finance) and the technical teams managing ERPs and systems. With on-site presence in São Paulo and availability for travel, the professional will map processes, document requirements, support system integrations, and participate in improvement projects. The role also includes overseeing testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), performing basic ERP configurations, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technological solutions. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in IT; * Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Sankhya or SAP); * Ability to map processes and translate requirements into functionalities; * Experience with system integrations (APIs, connectors, files); * Strong communication skills, empathy, and negotiation ability; * Business process orientation and analytical capability; * Document organization and support for backlog prioritization; * Availability for travel. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Data Lake, Plannera, Salesforce, or similar tools; * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Excel, and Power BI; * Technical curiosity and ability to communicate effectively with developers; * Experience in industrial processes; * Business orientation and expectation management.
