Focus on educational technologies and artificial intelligence **Job Description:** Position Purpose Strengthen institutional pedagogical quality by supporting continuous faculty development, facilitating training programs, conducting academic analyses, and implementing educational innovation initiatives—emphasizing effective pedagogical practices, the use of educational technologies, and artificial intelligence. Collaborate in designing, updating, and, when necessary, implementing face-to-face and online faculty training programs. Observe classes and academic practices, conducting structured analyses to support continuous improvement. Collect, organize, and interpret pedagogical and institutional data to inform strategic decision-making. Participate in faculty selection processes (face-to-face and distance learning), contributing technical and pedagogical evaluations. Support the identification of training needs and the development of teaching materials, guidelines, and best practices. Contribute to pedagogical innovation initiatives, especially those related to educational technologies and AI. Collaborate effectively with course coordinators, managers, and faculty, maintaining clear and aligned communication. **Requirements:** Technical Competencies Knowledge of higher education and/or adult education (EJA), with experience in pedagogical practices. Proficiency in educational technologies and artificial intelligence tools applied to teaching. Ability to analyze academic data, educational indicators, and prepare reports. Experience with distance learning (EaD) and virtual learning environments. Strong written and oral communication skills for formative and institutional mediation. Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree completed in Education, Pedagogy, Teacher Training programs, or related fields. Proven experience in education, preferably in higher education or EJA. Prior experience in faculty training or professional development (preferred). Experience with EaD and familiarity with academic systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS) (advantageous).
