Job Summary: Professional responsible for collecting, organizing, and processing commercial data; preparing reports and dashboards; and supporting sales teams and executive management with strategic information and commercial planning. Development of managerial reports and dashboards **Job Description:** ---------------------- Collect, organize, and process commercial data (customers, sales, product mix, margins, regions, sales representatives). Prepare periodic commercial performance reports and managerial dashboards. Monitor sales KPIs, targets, and results by customer, channel, and region. Identify opportunities for process and commercial performance improvement through data analysis. Support the sales supervision team with strategic information for negotiations and campaigns. Assist in developing sales representative routes through data import/export using web-based tools. Maintain an updated database, ensuring data accuracy. Support executive management and leadership in developing and presenting commercial plans. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields is preferred. Solid advanced-level Excel knowledge (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, macros, data import/export). Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Prior experience in commercial areas, planning, or market intelligence. Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning. Organized work style with attention to detail. Effective communication and clarity when presenting information. Proactive attitude and critical thinking. Collaborative mindset for cross-functional interaction (sales, logistics, marketing, and executive management). Preferred: Knowledge of Protheus and/or SAP systems.
