Job Summary: Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the material logistics flow, controlling pickups, deliveries, and document compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic interface among procurement, suppliers, and business units **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor the material logistics flow from billing to receipt at business units; * Organize pickups and deliveries, controlling lead time and carrier performance (OTIF); * Ensure document compliance (NF\-e, CTE, CFOP, FISPQ, purchase orders); * Manage inter-branch transfers, returns, and cargo traceability in SAP; * Verify inventory records at business units; * Serve as the interface between procurement, suppliers, carriers, and operational units; * Prepare logistics status, risk, and pending issue reports. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in procurement logistics, transportation, or warehousing; * Knowledge of SAP (MM and logistics modules), NF\-e, CTE; * Skills in planning, deadline control, and cross-functional communication.
