End-to-end order lifecycle management—from initiation to delivery—with internal interface. **FULLY ON-SITE POSITION IN JABAQUARA\-SP** **Job Objective:** Support commercial department activities by assisting with customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email; preparing proposals; ensuring timely information delivery and high-quality customer relationships. **Main Responsibilities** **Commercial Service:** * Provide initial customer service via phone, email, and WhatsApp. * Route requests to the commercial team. * Support clarification of questions regarding products, orders, and quotations. * Maintain control over commercial spreadsheets and service records. **Sales Team Support:** * Assist in preparing commercial proposals. * Verify and update customer information in the system. * Support the commercial team in tracking opportunities, negotiations, and prospecting new customers. **Order Management:** * Monitor orders from receipt through to customer delivery (post-sales). * Update customers on order status. * Interface with internal departments as needed (logistics, finance, or production). **Requirements** **Education** * Completed high school. * Preferred: currently enrolled in or graduated from Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Knowledge:** * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear communication and good diction * Proactivity * Initiative * Organization * Willingness to learn * Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues * Efficiency in task execution **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in commercial roles or customer service. * Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
