Your responsibilities
-------------
* Development of forged parts based on customer requirements
* Definition of the forging process using simulation software for forged aircraft structural components
* Design of tools and fixtures required for manufacturing, machining, and inspection of forged parts
* Technical/constructional supervision of trials
* Planning of dimensional inspection, dimensional evaluation of forged parts, and definition of next steps in case of deviations
* Technical interface to production sites, suppliers, and customers
* Optimization of forged parts and processes for existing components
* Definition and creation of design specifications and associated standard sheets
* Support during audits
Your profile
----------
* Completed technical education (e.g., HTL in Mechanical Engineering) or completed technical university degree
* Professional experience is an advantage
* Good English language skills
* Knowledge of Siemens NX, Office, SAP, and DEFORM is advantageous
* Technical understanding
* Team-oriented mindset

**Compensation and benefits:** The collectively agreed minimum gross salary for this position is €3\.396,21 per month (paid 14 times per year). Actual remuneration depends on qualifications and professional experience.

The main tasks of the TQK department (Design and Engineering) include designing forged parts, developing manufacturing processes, and designing the required tools, dies, and fixtures.
