We are looking for a **QA Analyst to work on VTEX e-commerce projects**, focusing on ensuring the quality of deliverables and guaranteeing the best possible experience for end users. This person will play a key role in validating functionality, identifying defects, and continuously improving quality processes. Our purpose is to connect people and companies, offering solutions that promote digital transformation and foster a culture of continuous learning. ### **Responsibilities** * Plan, design, and execute test cases (manual and automated); * Identify, document, and track bugs with the development team during implementation of layouts, components, and API integrations; * Ensure delivery quality in e-commerce projects; * Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing; * Validate integrations with payment methods, logistics providers, and APIs; * Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality-oriented perspective. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory * Minimum 2 years of experience as a QA Analyst / Tester; * Experience in e-commerce projects; * Experience designing and executing manual tests; * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Experience with test and bug management tools; * Strong communication skills for interaction with business areas and cross-functional teams.
