Join us in growing together! **As a Senior DevOps/SRE Analyst, you will:** * Work alongside the PrimeUp team within one of the largest banks in the country, whose central purpose is to achieve maximum innovation, sustainability, and excellent experiences for its employees and customers; * Key challenges include: + Automation and continuous improvement, reducing manual operational work; + Execution of runbooks and scripts to resolve incidents and perform automated operations; + SRE-oriented mindset, always seeking reliability, scalability, and efficiency; + Infrastructure and application monitoring using Dynatrace; + Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) management and automation using CloudFormation and Terraform; + Management and optimization of AWS EKS and ECS clusters, ensuring scalability and security; + Administration of AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, and Load Balancers; + Collaboration with engineering and development teams to optimize deployments and scalability; + Documentation of operational processes, incidents, and best practices for efficient operations; + CI/CD pipeline automation using GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines; + Troubleshooting .NET and Node.js applications, identifying and resolving infrastructure and code failures. **To take on this challenge, you must have:** * Experience with AWS EKS and ECS, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization; * Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation; * Skills in process automation using Shell Script and Python; * Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace; * Familiarity with .NET and Node.js applications, including logging, error handling, and runtime optimization; * Administration and troubleshooting of AWS infrastructure, including EC2, VPC, and Load Balancers; * Ability to work under pressure and make rapid decisions to mitigate critical incidents; * Strong knowledge of networking, security, and connectivity in AWS environments. **It would be a plus if you also have knowledge/experience in:** * Demand management using agile methodologies; * SLA management; * Acting as an interface between business and technology areas. **Note:** This position is fully remote for candidates outside the metropolitan regions of Rio de Janeiro (RJ) and São Paulo (SP).
