Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Analyst – TOTVS RM HR to support maintenance, enhancement, and development of solutions that assist our internal Human Resources processes. Key Highlights: 1. Administer and maintain the TOTVS RM HR modules 2. Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL scripts 3. Conduct requirements analysis and propose technical solutions **We are seeking a Systems Analyst – TOTVS RM HR** to support maintenance, enhancement, and development of solutions that assist our internal Human Resources processes. **Responsibilities:** * Administer and maintain the **TOTVS RM HR** modules (Payroll, Time & Attendance Automation, People Management, and **TAF** routines); * Develop, optimize, and maintain **SQL** scripts, stored procedures, views, and queries to support business areas; * Develop and maintain **RM Report, Net Spreadsheet, Cube, Metadata, and Visual Formula**; * Perform requirements analysis with internal departments and propose technical solutions aligned with business needs; * Develop and maintain system integrations; * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and procedural manuals; * Support users in resolving incidents and continuously improve processes; * Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and evolution projects.
