Job Summary: HR professional responsible for full payroll, benefits, budget, analytics, and reporting management using the LG Cloud system. Key Highlights: 1. Full payroll and benefits management 2. Budget administration and analytics for training 3. Experience with LG Cloud system **Description**: Payroll: full management of calculations and accruals (PLR, time bank), benefits such as transportation allowance, event adjustments, calculation tickets, and IRRF implementation. Budget and Analytics: focused on training. Benefits: administration of medical and dental plans, meal/food allowance, Wellhub, company vehicles, and salary adjustments. Reports: hiring, PLR, overtime, and payroll and benefits reconciliation. HR Portal: workflow and notifications. Experience with LG Cloud system is required.
