Support to managers and employees KFC is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to strategically and operationally manage personnel administration processes, ensuring accurate calculation of payroll, labor charges, and legal obligations—with emphasis on compliance, deadlines, and data quality. **Responsibilities** * Perform monthly payroll calculation and verification, salary advances, and supplementary payroll; * Execute and validate variable remuneration (VR) calculations, including commissions, bonuses, and incentives; * Calculate and verify labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF, RAT, third-party charges); * Manage transmission, verification, and closing of eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb; * Ensure compliance with current labor, social security, and tax legislation; * Conduct payroll and charge analyses, verifications, and reconciliations; * Respond to internal and external audits, inspections, and legal/accounting requests; * Support standardization and continuous improvement of payroll processes; * Provide support to managers and employees, clarifying payroll- and charge-related inquiries; * Serve as technical reference for junior analysts. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields); * Solid senior-level experience in payroll; * Proficiency in payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations calculations; * In-depth knowledge of eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb; * Experience calculating variable remuneration (VR); * Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, TOTVS, Senior, LG, etc.); * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. **Desirable** * Experience handling large employee volumes; * Experience in environments with multiple unions; * Knowledge of labor audits; * Involvement in payroll system implementation or improvement projects; * Familiarity with Apdata system is a plus.
