Position: **Human Resources Analyst (Generalist)** Location: **Embu das Artes – SP** A transportation company is seeking an organized, communicative, generalist Human Resources professional to perform strategic and operational functions within the HR department. **Main Responsibilities:** \- Process payroll; \- Submit ancillary labor obligations; \- Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping systems; \- Administer employee benefits (meal vouchers, food vouchers, fuel allowance, etc.); \- Support onboarding and offboarding processes; \- Manage vacations and leaves of absence; \- Assist employees; \- Support recruitment and selection activities; \- Organize HR administrative documents and routines; \- Ensure compliance with labor obligations and legal deadlines; \- Implement and monitor the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA); \- Perform other related HR duties. **Requirements:** \- Prior experience as a generalist HR professional; \- Knowledge of payroll processing and labor legislation; \- Experience managing timekeeping systems and employee benefits; \- Familiarity with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs); \- eSocial knowledge is desirable; \- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** To be negotiated. **Benefits:** Meal voucher, food voucher, fuel allowance, on-site parking, life insurance. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in the transportation sector and in HR management.
