At Coca\-Cola FEMSA, every day is an opportunity to learn and grow. **Position Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor the full lifecycle management of third-party and temporary workers, including onboarding requests, document control, database updates, offboarding, and SG3 system registration—ensuring compliance, accuracy, and adherence to established deadlines. * Receive, analyze, and route requests related to third-party and temporary worker management, ensuring process standardization, alignment with corporate policies, and effective support to requesting departments. * Support the development, testing, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and managerial reports related to third-party and temporary workers, overtime, absenteeism, and financial indicators—contributing to data-driven analysis and decision-making. * Update, validate, and maintain managerial databases (e.g., Managers Database and Separations Database – Unauthorized Access), ensuring data integrity, consistency, and reliability. * Participate in projects, alignment meetings, forums, and follow-ups led by the department, supporting system testing, implementation of operational improvements, and evolution of processes and systems. * Identify critical points and opportunities for improvement in operational processes, proposing corrective and preventive actions jointly with agencies, on-site teams, and partner departments. * Attend periodic meetings with HR professionals, Business Partners (BPs), suppliers, technical departments, and partners to align processes, KPIs, and operational requirements. * Support internal and external audits by assisting in non-conformance analyses, document organization, and implementation of improvements to mitigate risks. * Address operational emergencies by supporting business units and conducting on-site visits when required, per leadership direction. * Collaboratively manage temporary workers, monitoring action plans focused on quality, efficiency, and deadline compliance—from hiring through offboarding—ensuring alignment with company profiles and policies. * Contribute to continuous improvement studies and initiatives, emphasizing operational efficiency, digitalization, and process automation. * Support the design, consolidation, and analysis of service satisfaction surveys, delivering reports and inputs to enhance agency and partner experience. * Execute internal communications for the temporary workforce area, drafting and disseminating announcements to suppliers and managers per established guidelines. * Participate in KPI presentation meetings, performing critical analyses and supporting the development of corrective and preventive action plans. * Log, track, and route technical requests to responsible departments (Executive and FEMSA), ensuring traceability and timely feedback to involved areas. * Support monitoring of temporary staffing agencies’ performance, tracking KPIs and SLAs to ensure delivery quality and consistency. * Support financial control of temporary workers—including payroll verification, variable compensation, FTEs, and accruals—ensuring compliance and adherence to corporate deadlines.
