Join us in shaping our story and building our future.** Apply now to our open positions! **Responsibilities and duties** This professional will be primarily responsible for designing the "brain" of the intelligent customer service agent, ensuring the architecture is scalable, secure, and meets business requirements. * **Agent Architecture:** Design and lead the technical architecture of the conversational agent's "brain", leveraging the LangChain ecosystem and orchestration via LangGraph. * **Journey Design:** Map and structure complex conversational journey designs, conditional edge routing, and user intent classification. * **Cloud Security and Scalability:** Design deployment architecture focused on GCP (e.g., Vertex AI, Cloud Run, GKE), ensuring high availability, observability (tracing \+ evals), and auto-scaling. * **Risk Management (Guardrails):** Define input and output rules (guardrails) and secure handoff logic to human agents or appropriate channels. * **Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:** Serve as the primary technical liaison between the development team and the client, ensuring continuous knowledge transfer to the internal team. **Requirements and qualifications** * **Strong experience in AI/Software Architecture:** Minimum of **5 years** of proven experience designing complex, scalable architectures, with recent focus on building conversational agents and Generative AI. * **GCP Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of advanced, hands-on knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem (e.g., Vertex AI, API Gateway, Cloud Run) to support secure infrastructure and abstracted model layers. * **LLM Ecosystem and Orchestration:** Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of practical experience focused on LangGraph and LangChain for agent orchestration, conversational journey design, and conditional edge routing. * **AI Observability and Guardrails:** Minimum of **1 year** of hands-on experience with continuous evaluation tools (tracing \+ evals) and defining security rules (guardrails) and handoff logic for language models. * **Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:** Minimum of **3 years** of prior experience as a Tech Lead or Solutions Architect, leading teams, engaging directly with clients, and ensuring continuous knowledge transfer. * Proficiency in **\*\*Python\*\*** applied to AI/ML projects. * Practical experience with **\*\*GenAI and LLMs\*\***, including agent orchestration frameworks (**\*\*LangChain, CrewAI\*\*** or equivalents) and **\*\*RAG\*\***. * Experience with **\*\*Machine Learning\*\*** (e.g., probabilistic matching, anomaly detection, NLP/IDP). * Experience integrating **\*\*corporate systems\*\*** via REST APIs and/or automation (RPA), ideally within ecosystems such as SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar. * Experience with at least one **\*\*cloud platform\*\*** (GCP/Vertex AI, Azure/OpenAI, or AWS); GCP is a strong differentiator. * Modern software engineering practices: version control, CI/CD, DevOps, and/or MLOps. * Experience with agile methodologies (**Scrum**). * **4-month project, with potential extension.** * **This position may be offered under CLT or PJ employment models.** * **Hybrid work model, aligned with the client’s specific needs.** **Additional information** **At our company, you’ll find a collaborative environment and a benefits package designed to support your growth, health, and quality of life.
