Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES — INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Key challenges as a SENIOR DATA ANALYST include:** * Translate business challenges into analytical questions, hypotheses, and metrics; * Conduct diagnostic analyses to identify root causes, risks, and opportunities; * Define, validate, and evolve KPIs and business rules; * Develop analytical datasets and solution prototypes using SQL and visualization tools; * Transform analyses into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making; * Leverage artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and solution quality, evaluating outcomes responsibly and critically; * Collaborate with data engineering and other teams to build and evolve analytical solutions; * Share knowledge and contribute to team development. **Requirements and qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Solid experience in data analysis and close collaboration with business areas; * Advanced proficiency in SQL for modeling, transformation, and building analytical datasets — considering granularity, data quality, and consistency; * Experience with Python and applied statistics for conducting analyses and identifying patterns; * Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Looker, Databricks Dashboards, or similar tools; * Ability to structure complex problems, define metrics, and propose business recommendations; * Practical experience with AI tools, copilots, or developer assistants; * Experience with tagging, measuring, and analyzing user behavior in digital products — including defining events, parameters, user journeys, and validation criteria; * Autonomy, critical thinking, sense of urgency, and prioritization skills in dynamic and unstructured environments; * Clear communication skills and ability to present analyses and influence decisions among technical audiences, business units, and leadership. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with Databricks or Lakehouse environments; * Experience creating AI agents or assistants; * Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or advanced statistical methods; * Knowledge of the education sector. **Additional information** Work Location: Remote Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with flexible options between 8 AM–5 PM. **At YDUQS, you’ll find:** * **Tuition scholarships** of up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and affiliates (parents, siblings).
