Note: With the implementation of remote agents, in some cases, Concessionaire staff will perform this activity. Identify, assess, and audit images of vehicles evading the General Inspection Post, per the Concessionaire’s procedures. Support, when requested by the immediate supervisor, toll plaza collection teams in manual booth operations, queue management, lane assistance, manual lane activation/deactivation, customer service at automatic lanes, and distribution of flyers when necessary. Support, when requested by the immediate supervisor, other Concessionaire departments by performing vehicle counts, educational and road safety campaigns, and any other required services. When applicable, conduct screening, electronic submission, and completion of closing reports for all validated or non-validated Penalty Infraction Reports (AIP), as determined by the authority overseeing the highway, per the Concessionaire’s procedures. Complete shift-related reports and forms. Maintain good working conditions, equipment integrity, control systems, timely requests to the immediate supervisor, and verification of consumable materials. Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience. When necessary, perform emergency signage, customer service, and equipment operation using Concessionaire resources, ensuring the safety of employees and customers according to pre-established Concessionaire operational procedures. Carry out activities in alignment with Motiva’s Golden Rules to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to comprehensive prevention and monitoring of work routines.
