Then don’t hesitate to apply! **Responsibilities and duties** * Systematically support students with NEE and those undergoing external follow-up, ensuring implementation of the Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and coordination with other professionals. * Provide guidance, technical support, and alignment of practices for interns and Therapeutic Accompanists (TAs), ensuring intervention quality for students. * Deliver individualized counseling and support to foster socioemotional skills, offering strategies and tools to assist students in the workgroup with their needs (behavioral, emotional, relational) and learning process. * Provide targeted support to students during career decision-making. * Support mediation in cases of serious conflict (bullying, cyberbullying), focusing on involved students to promote reparation and a culture of peace. * Conduct training activities for the school community (students and families) based on recurring needs observed in counseling groups, as well as supporting teaching staff with classroom management strategies. * Contribute to class council meetings with technical analysis focused on the development of students belonging to target groups. * Develop mental health prevention and promotion projects aligned with identified needs and vulnerabilities within the workgroup. * Participate in the enrollment cycle, maintaining contact with new and existing families and utilizing support resources throughout the process. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology; * Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Psychopedagogy or related fields; * Professional experience in the educational sector; * Interest and proficiency with Google tools (Drive, Calendar, etc.); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. **Additional information** * CLT employment contract * Tuition scholarship for children * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Transportation allowance Since 1935, Colégio do Salvador has operated grounded in the pillars of love, knowledge, and respect.
