All selection processes conducted by **VAMOS** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and duties** We seek a professional with extensive experience in internal controls, auditing, and risk management, capable of delivering strategic support to business areas and senior leadership. ### **Key responsibilities:** * Active participation in audit committees and executive forums; * Management and review of the risk and controls matrix; * Execution of design and effectiveness testing of internal controls; * Evaluation and follow-up of action plans addressing identified weaknesses; * Analysis of the asset management lifecycle and adherence to internal processes; * On-site visits to partners and operations to assess risks and improvement opportunities; * Continuous interaction with internal departments, external auditors, and leadership; * Identification of opportunities to strengthen controls, governance, and risk mitigation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in internal auditing, internal controls, risk management, or governance; * Experience with risk matrices, control testing, and audit follow-up; * Ability to lead presentations and discussions with managerial and executive-level stakeholders; * Analytical, consultative profile with strong influencing skills; * High professional maturity and autonomy in managing assignments; * Experience in structured/multinational companies and familiarity with auditing and compliance methodologies is desirable. ### **Relevant differentiators:** * Participation in strategic controls and governance projects; * Experience in asset management and operational processes; * Exposure to environments with strong corporate governance and recurring audits. **Additional information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories — dining, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family, including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance — available 24/7, with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
