Preparation of spreadsheets and financial indicators Main Responsibilities: * Perform **cash flow analysis**, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts for management * Develop analyses aimed at **cost reduction**, especially regarding credit cards and other expenses * Monitor **executed contracts**, ensuring proper release of advance payments prior to commencement of work * Track **progress measurements** and perform corresponding billing * Execute **accounts payable** routines * Prepare **spreadsheets and financial indicators** to improve processes Requirements: * Experience in the finance area * Advanced knowledge of **Excel** (spreadsheet and indicator development) * Knowledge of **Outlook** * Strong communication skills, especially by telephone * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Possession of a **personal vehicle** Working Hours: * Monday to Friday * From 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$4,000.00 - R$4,500.00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Experience: * Financial analysis (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
