With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, we seek a dedicated, organized professional with outstanding analytical ability to ensure accuracy and integrity of the company’s receivables processes. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage all company receipts (bank slips, invoices, credit cards, and other payment methods); * Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and correctly clear receivable items in the **ERP Protheus** system; * Conduct active collections, negotiate with delinquent customers, and monitor agreed-upon terms; * Monitor due dates and prepare reports on delinquency, aging, and allowance for losses; * Support issuance of bank slips, dispatch of invoices, and interface with Sales and Tax departments; * Assist in internal/external audits and support financial closing routines. **Desirable Qualifications** * Prior experience in the industrial sector or in medium-to-large enterprises; * Knowledge of financial KPIs (e.g., delinquency rate, aging, credit recovery); * Skills in customer negotiations and relationships with banks/factoring companies; * Experience with **ERP Protheus**; **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * **Proven experience (minimum 2 years)** in Accounts Receivable operations; * Knowledge of receivables reconciliation, collections, delinquency management, and receivable item clearing; * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advanced level). **Benefits** * Breakfast at the office * Monthly food basket * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Pharmacy discount program * Commuter allowance or shuttle service * Free parking * Life insurance **Working Hours** **Monday to Friday – 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM** Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.258,05 – R$3.888,87 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Commuter allowance Work location: On-site
