Apply for this position and become part of our story! **Responsibilities and Duties** Issue daily bank statements and clear receivables; Identify deposits and update the pending deposits report; Send a daily email to the sales team, notifying them of pending deposits to identify customers; Clear receivables upon deposit identification; Monitor and report cleared items to supervision; Track payments via VISA NET; Close monthly collections; Clear cash flows and generate commissions; Generate Bradesco/Banco do Brasil bank collection listings; Monitor returned checks; Issue bank slips (boletos); Issue invoices (duplicatas); Extract, verify, and send the sales team’s commission reports (system-generated); Receive invoices, verify them, and release payments related to commission reports; Monitor commission payment deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 – with a 1-hour break.
