Job Summary: The Collections Supervisor will lead the AEIG team, focusing on delinquency recovery and continuous improvement of financial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop the collections team for efficient recovery. 2. Develop and implement preventive and reactive collection strategies. 3. Analyze collection KPIs and prepare management reports. Position Summary The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for leading and developing AEIG's collections team, ensuring efficient delinquency recovery and maintaining the association’s financial health, with a focus on continuous process improvement and loss minimization. Key Responsibilities * **Team Management:** Supervise, train, and motivate the collections team, setting individual and collective goals. * **Strategy and Execution:** Develop and implement preventive and reactive collection strategies, using a segmented, multichannel collection funnel (phone, WhatsApp, e\-mail). * **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze collection KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as PDD (Provision for Doubtful Debt), *Collection Cost*, and *Recovery Rate*. * **Reporting and Cash Flow:** Prepare daily and weekly management reports, directly reporting results to the Executive Board and providing *insights* for cash flow forecasting. * **Negotiation:** Manage complex cases and define debt renegotiation plans, preserving relationships with members. Essential Requirements * Proven experience in **supervising and leading collections teams** (minimum 3 years). * Strong knowledge of negotiation strategies and collection legislation (Consumer Protection Code). * Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or CRM/ERP systems for data analysis and *dashboards*. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
