The professional will be responsible for negotiating with customers to recover credit, monitoring payments, and recording information in the system. It will also be necessary to maintain regular contact with customers to resolve financial outstanding issues, ensuring high-quality service. Join our team! ? Your responsibilities: * Patient negotiation, recovery, and retention * Identification of outstanding issues * Registration of debts in SPC and SERASA; * Monitoring of receipts; * Patient reactivation; ✅ Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Strong negotiation skills; * Clear and persuasive communication; * Proactive attitude and focus on achieving results; willingness to work with goals; ?
