Job Summary: The professional will make and receive calls to delinquent customers to negotiate payment terms and provide clarifications, as well as record the negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiating payment terms with delinquent customers 2. Providing guidance on penalties and clarifications 3. Recording negotiations and escalating to relevant departments Make and receive calls to customers listed in the delinquency report to verify their stance regarding resolution of outstanding balances, negotiate payment terms, ensure payment collection, advise them on applicable penalties, and provide clarifications regarding non-payment incidents. Record all negotiations conducted and escalate to relevant departments for follow-up actions.
