This professional will be responsible for client contact, monitoring financial arrears, and negotiating debts, always maintaining an ethical, organized, and solution-driven approach. **Responsibilities** * Conduct proactive and reactive collections; * Negotiate amounts, deadlines, and payment methods; * Record interactions and agreements in the system; * Monitor payments and delinquencies; * Maintain professional relationships with clients. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the collections field; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Problem-solving profile, organized and results-focused; * Basic computer literacy; * Ability to meet targets and negotiate effectively. **Preferred Qualifications (optional)** * Experience with collections systems or CRM; * Customer service experience; * Knowledge of financial routines.
