We are seeking a professional for the role of Collections Analyst to perform active and amicable debt collection from clients. Our mission is to offer a calm and successful journey for our clients, and we seek professionals who share this vision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active debt collection from clients via phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp. * Manage the delinquent portfolio by monitoring and recording negotiations carried out. * Negotiate payment deadlines and methods, ensuring agreements beneficial to both the company and clients. * Update internal systems with information regarding payments and collection agreements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Approximately 2 years of experience in collections. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience in client relationship management and customer service (preferred). * Resilience to work under targets. * Ability to learn from feedback. * Organized, communicative, and focused profile, capable of building and maintaining excellent client relationships. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary + commission. * Fixed: R$2.441,00. * Average total compensation with commission: R$3.500,00. * CLT employment contract. * 100% on-site work - Alphaville. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, business hours. * Meal allowance. * Transportation or mobility allowance. * Access to over 280 certified courses (Gupy Platform - Corporate Education).
