Job Summary: A professional responsible for executing the collection route, visiting customers, building a portfolio of outstanding amounts, and ensuring account reporting, while exercising caution on the road. Key Highlights: 1. Execute the collection route and serve customers according to company procedures. 2. Ensure debt settlement and account reporting. 3. Drive a vehicle (motorcycle) prudently and in compliance with traffic laws. * Carry out the daily assigned collection route, performing collection activities in accordance with company-established procedures, ensuring service standards and quality provided to customers. * Visit customers within the region designated by management, build a collection portfolio of outstanding amounts, and ensure debt settlement in line with company policies. * Verify received amounts to ensure accuracy in account reporting to the unit office. * Complete account reporting and visit reports, escalating atypical/unforeseen situations to the immediate supervisor so that appropriate actions may be taken. * Request customer registration updates from responsible personnel whenever changes in address/contact information are identified, contributing to the continuous updating of the company's database. * Operate a motor vehicle (motorcycle) during work hours with prudence and caution, respecting pedestrians, other drivers, and traffic authorities.
