Job Summary: The Collections Assistant performs operational activities, negotiating debts with delinquent customers to achieve collection targets. Key Highlights: 1. The **Collections Assistant** is the professional responsible for performing the department's operational activities. They contact delinquent customers via telephone, e\-mail, or other platforms to negotiate settlement of outstanding amounts, such as bills and fees. The primary function is direct and effective collections execution to meet departmental targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Negotiation and Persuasion: Ability to conduct effective negotiations to recover credit and finalize payment agreements. * Organization and Time Management: Skill to manage a large customer portfolio, prioritize contacts, and meet deadlines. * System Proficiency: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and spreadsheets (Excel). * Experience in the field **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Assertive communication * Resilience and Emotional Intelligence * Results-oriented mindset * Basic Product and Finance Knowledge: Understanding of land purchase and sale contracts, interest rates, penalties, and payment methods is a plus. **Additional Information** * Partnership agreement with institutions of higher education * Birthday day off * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Christmas basket Casa \& Terra is a leading land development company operating nationwide in Brazil.
