Assistance in grading exercises and explaining the methodology. **An institution using a renowned methodology aimed at promoting learning through autonomous study is hiring an Administrative Assistant.** Responsibilities: * Perform administrative and public service tasks, including greeting students and their guardians; * Create/update registrations and assist in managing payments, receipts, and documents; * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or emails from the unit, presenting the methodology (organizing visits and explaining operational procedures); * Support material organization and provide general operational assistance to the unit, including inventory control of supplies and physical space organization; * Prepare weekly kits and distribute materials, including sorting, assembling, and organizing workbooks and study materials for each student; * Address questions regarding activity structure, explaining how tasks, pacing, and methodology function (without interfering with pedagogical content); * Assist in grading exercises, strictly adhering to the answer key. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break). Location: Barra Olímpica (formerly Camorim) Compensation: R$ 1.621,00 + Transportation Allowance. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Interest in public service. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and English language proficiency.
