




Job Summary: Responsible for evaluating, assembling, inspecting, and adjusting tools, supporting production and managing the flow of tools and machining fixtures. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support to production and tool management. 2. Responsibility for tool inspection, assembly, and adjustment. 3. Management of tool supply and inventory control. Responsible for evaluating wear, assemblies, inspections, and adjustments of tools according to each item's plan. Support TRF activities and perform reserve tool routing to keep machines supplied with tools. Assist colleagues as needed regarding tool management matters. Support production by assisting in consumable requisitions. Sort machining fixtures according to the work plan and conduct initial analysis upon fixture return to the fixtures and tools management department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support production by cleaning and inspecting tools from the machine supply route; * Support production by inspecting setup tools; * Inspect, assemble, and adjust tools according to the defined tool plan; * Wash tools using a washer to remove all impurities, such as oil, iron powder, etc.; * Perform routes across the factory to deliver and collect reserve tools; * Conduct daily inventory control and vending machine replenishment to track requested versus consumed materials; * Actively participate in cleaning and organizing departmental and company-wide equipment. * Register requested services via the system for TRF control and planning; * Dispose of waste correctly according to applicable environmental regulations; * Submit tool requisitions in the system per cost center and defined tool plan; * Sort machining fixtures according to the work plan; * Conduct initial analysis of fixtures upon return to the fixtures management department, segregating those not in good condition or requiring adjustment or component replacement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience.
