We know that together we will achieve success, so apply now and become part of this great team. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Topaz:*** * Support the project implementation team using project management tools and processes to ensure project objectives are met. * Track and monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, costs, risks, and quality. * Consolidate and report project status and performance information to senior leadership through reports, dashboards, and KPIs. * Assist in prioritizing and allocating resources across projects, aligning initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals. * Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for risks and issues that may impact projects. * Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders, promoting alignment between project teams and business units. **Requirements and Qualifications** ***What do you need to know to join Topaz?*** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology. * Knowledge and experience in Project and People Management. * Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Project. * Knowledge of data analysis tools. * Familiarity with collaboration and communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, Miro, and Zoom. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence diverse stakeholders. * Skill in articulating ideas, preparing presentations for senior management, and reporting project status (written and verbal). * Skill in prioritizing tasks, creating schedules, and managing multiple projects. * Ability to identify problems, mitigate risks, and propose practical solutions. * Skill in working in dynamic environments and adapting to frequent changes. * Orientation toward delivering value and achieving strategic objectives. * **Currently residing in São Paulo, able to attend the São Paulo or Indaiatuba office 2 or 3 times per week.** **Additional Information** **Keep in mind these benefits that will enhance your experience at Topaz!** **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting well-being within the organization. **Personal and Professional Development:** We are constantly evolving.
