Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing healthcare and administrative processes to eliminate waste and implement performance indicators for hospital management. Hospital capacity management and material flow Map, analyze, and redesign healthcare and administrative processes (e.g., admissions, discharges, operating rooms, pharmacy, laundry, sterilization, etc.). Eliminate waste of time, materials, and labor. Implement performance indicators (KPIs) and control dashboards. Support hospital capacity management (beds, operating rooms, on-call staff). Calculate and optimize hospital occupancy rate. Monitor patient flow and average service times. Plan staffing schedules and team sizing based on actual demand. Participate in internal and external audits. Promote standardization of processes and operational routines. Manage the flow of hospital materials (medications, PPEs, supplies). Control inventory levels and material turnover. Evaluate suppliers and logistics costs. Support traceability of materials and medications.
