Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive operational management, including user support, documentation processing, system updates, and facility maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive operational management and user support 2. Maintenance of records and systems updated in real time 3. Logistics coordination and supplier management 1\. User support 2\. Verification and correction of all entries made by the tow truck driver (mobile app) and yard checker/operational staff 3\. Entry of vehicle inbound and outbound documentation into the system. All fields must be completed, with attention to the number and type of photos, required and mandatory documents, including the RENAVAM number (mandatory for restriction checks on the DETRAN website) 4\. Vehicle release (for users and auctions) 5\. Maintain the system updated in real time – system inventory and physical inventory must match. Entries and removals must be performed daily. Never postpone to the next day to avoid oversight 6\. Monthly, submit to the group a list of vehicles eligible for auction, separately identifying those subject to judicial restrictions (RENAJUD), after checking the DETRAN website 7\. Ensure yard maintenance (documents, organization, cleanliness, vegetation, security systems, camera functionality, lighting, validity of licenses (fire department, municipal government, pest control, etc.). All items must be formally reported to the yard supervisor, with a copy sent to the group's general administration 8\. Provide all necessary information to the yard supervisor/manager and to the group 9\. Manage the schedule and working hours of attendants/operational staff 10\. Immediately notify HR via email, with a copy to the group's administration, of any incident involving staff 11\. Track towing services (tow trucks) provided by yard service providers using a spreadsheet 12\. Forward to the group's administration and to the relevant department, for their awareness, copies of any external documents received at the yard 13\. Send all bills (e.g., water, electricity, telephone, internet, etc.) to the group's finance department in advance 14\. Maintain service provider relationships such as supermarkets, construction stores, stationery shops, and fuel stations – In case work tools are needed (e.g., PPE, office supplies, coffee, or sugar), contact details are available for placing orders. Open accounts at supermarkets to enable monthly payment settlement, similarly for all other services.
