




Job Summary: Responsible for food pre-preparation, organization, and production under the supervision of head chefs, as well as environmental and product hygiene and finalization. Focus on kitchen and food hygiene and finalization SCHEDULE: Night shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, 24 hours per week Early-morning shift: 11:10 PM to 7:30 AM, 44 hours per week, plus 16 hours per week Work rotation: 6 days on / 1 day off (Monday to Sunday, with one weekly day off and one Sunday off per month) Responsibilities: The kitchen assistant is fully supervised by the head chef and sous-chef and is responsible for pre-preparation, organization, and food production across all kitchen departments; dish preparation and plating; and comprehensive kitchen hygiene and finalization—including environmental hygiene (i.e., cleaning and disinfection of the premises) and food hygiene (i.e., storage and labeling of processed and handled products), as well as equipment washing, etc. Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$656.00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Kitchen experience (Mandatory)
