Collaboration to maintain a clean and safe work environment We are hiring a **Cleaning Assistant** to work at the company's construction sites and facilities in the ABCDM region. We seek professionals who are committed, organized, and attentive to detail to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper functioning of work environments. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **cleaning and maintenance** of administrative areas, construction sites, and company premises; * Carry out **waste removal, sweeping, floor washing, and sanitation** of floors, restrooms, offices, and cafeterias; * Monitor usage and replenishment of **cleaning and hygiene supplies**; * Support environmental organization and proper waste disposal; * Comply with **occupational safety and hygiene regulations**, and correctly use **PPE**; * Collaborate to maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant work environment. **Requirements:** * Prior **experience** as a cleaning assistant or auxiliary cleaner is preferred; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Preferably reside in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 10.77 per hour (**average of BRL 2\,370.00/month**, approximately); * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance**, entitling up to **4 daily trips** (2 for commuting to work and 2 for returning home). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Pay: BRL 10.77 per hour Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
