




Job Summary: Assist in preparing dishes, salads, and desserts; assembling and restocking food items; cleaning utensils and areas; and collecting food samples, under supervision. Good team relationship, dynamic and proactive Assist in the pre\-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one stage of the production process; assist in assembly; wash and prepare leafy greens; collect and identify food samples; and receive meal vouchers. 1\. Pre\-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2\. Pre\-prepare salads. 3\. Pre\-prepare desserts. 4\. Assist in assembling and restocking food items. 5\. Wash and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6\. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7\. Clean utensils, equipment, and areas. 8\. Collect and identify food samples. 9\. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor). 10\. Perform related tasks. 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: * Reside in the ABC region; * Experience in industrial kitchen operations; * Availability for a 6x1 rotating schedule.
