




Job Summary: Assist the head chef in food pre-preparation, preparation, and plating, ensuring food quality and hygiene as well as workplace cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in dish plating and replenishment Responsible for assisting the sous chef and head chef in food pre-preparation and preparation, food processing, and dish plating. Inspect the quality of foodstuffs to minimize contamination risks. Responsible for setting up the workstation ("MISE-EN-PLACE"). Clean kitchen utensils, ovens, tableware, cutlery, and the workplace. Assist in plating dishes in the sales area for end customers and replenish dishes. Work in accordance with technical and quality procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, and health standards.
