We are looking for a Cleaning Assistant to work in a 15-story residential condominium, where your mission will be to ensure all common areas always shine. Your main responsibilities will be: * Perform meticulous cleaning of lobbies, corridors, reception area, party hall, barbecue area, restrooms, parking garages, and other common areas of the condominium. * Carry out garbage collection according to the pre-established schedule. * Demonstrate persistence, organization, and proactivity while performing your tasks. * Maintain a service-oriented attitude and focus on results, ensuring all environments remain impeccable. Requirements: To stand out in this position, you must: * Have proven experience cleaning lobbies, corridors, reception areas, party halls, barbecue areas, restrooms, parking garages, and garbage collection. * Be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate persistence in your activities. * Possess a proactive and service-oriented attitude. * Be willing to work on-site.
