Job Summary: Responsible for daily cleaning and disinfection of all areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring food hygiene and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Daily cleaning of all areas with focus on hygiene and safety. 2. Stock maintenance and communication of cleaning supply needs. 3. Teamwork and proactivity in a restaurant/snack bar environment. * Perform daily cleaning of all areas, including kitchen, service areas, restrooms, and outdoor areas, following hygiene and safety standards. Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and floors. Collect and dispose of garbage properly. Keep restrooms and service areas stocked with essential items such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other cleaning supplies. Assist in organizing and cleaning during and after peak business hours, ensuring all areas are ready for use. Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Report any maintenance issues or cleaning supply replenishment needs to management. * Prior experience in cleaning, preferably in restaurant/snack bar environments. Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and proactivity.
