The professional will be responsible for preparing dishes following quality standards, food safety protocols, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and finish dishes according to technical specifications. * Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and standardization. * Assist in pre\-preparation, cooking, and plating. * Monitor expiration dates, storage, and preservation of ingredients. * Work collaboratively to ensure service agility and quality. * Support the head chef and other colleagues with operational tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Cook or advanced kitchen assistant. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Organization, agility, and responsibility. * Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hot kitchen, cold kitchen, or grilling stations. * Familiarity with technical specifications and inventory control. * Proactivity and commitment to professional growth in the field.
