Contributing to a cooperative and efficient work environment **Position: Cook** **Location:** Bar/Restaurant **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday (with **one Sunday off per month**) **Employment Type:** On-site **Job Description** We are seeking a committed, organized, and experienced cook to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing portions and dishes, supporting pre\-production, and maintaining kitchen organization. **Responsibilities** * Assist in **pre\-production** (cutting, sanitization, portioning, mise en place) * **Prepare and fulfill orders** for portions (fried items and griddle items) and menu dishes * **Develop and adjust recipes** as needed * Maintain **organization and cleanliness** of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment * Follow hygiene, food handling, and food safety regulations * Contribute to a cooperative and efficient work environment **Requirements** * Prior experience as a cook * Organization, responsibility, and strong communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team * Knowledge of frying, griddle cooking, and dish preparation **Compensation** * Fixed salary \+ service charge sharing. Employment Type: CLT (Brazilian permanent employment contract) Payment: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Transportation allowance
