Collaborate with the team at all stages of construction projects We are hiring a **Construction Laborer** to work on our project sites in the ABCDM region. We seek dedicated, responsible professionals willing to collaborate with the team throughout all stages of infrastructure and civil construction projects. **Responsibilities:** * Support masons, carpenters, and other professionals on construction activities; * Carry and transport materials, tools, and equipment; * Prepare mortars and concrete, and assist in material application; * Perform **cleaning and organization** of the construction site; * Comply with **safety regulations** and properly use **PPE**; * Collaborate to ensure smooth field operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Construction Laborer or Assistant (preferred but not mandatory); * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work as part of a team; * Preferably reside in the **ABCDM region** or nearby areas. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Hourly wage:** BRL 10.77 (**approximately BRL 2,370.00/month**, average); * **Medical and dental assistance**; * **On-site meals** (breakfast and lunch); * **Transportation allowance** entitling **4 daily trips** (2 outbound and 2 return). **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT Pay Rate: BRL 10.77 per hour Scheduled Weekly Hours: 44 hours Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
