Job Summary: A cleaning and maintenance professional responsible for sanitizing environments, disposing of waste, and organizing spaces, using equipment and adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor environments 2. Bathroom sanitation and restocking of supplies 3. Proper waste disposal and organization of common areas * Perform cleaning and maintenance of **indoor and outdoor environments**, including floors, walls, windows, glass surfaces, furniture, and general surfaces. * Sanitize **bathrooms**, restocking hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). * Collect, sort, and **dispose of waste** properly and in accordance with safety regulations. * Organize and keep corridors, rooms, and common areas clean. * Use **cleaning materials, products, and equipment** correctly according to instructions and established routines. * Maintain equipment and report to supervisors any need for maintenance or replacement. * Follow internal regulations regarding **safety, hygiene, and good work practices**.
