The Vetta Team knows the importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve results that reach the entire globe – while **transforming each person's career.** **If you want to share your perspective for a more sustainable world, come be part of the Vetta Team!** **Responsibilities and attributes** **On this team, you will have the opportunity to:** * Design data architectures and AI solutions for different use cases. * Develop and modernize data pipelines, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance. * Work with large volumes of data in a dynamic and global environment. * Evaluate and define the best approaches among Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMs. * Develop generative AI solutions, intelligent automation, and integration with LLMs. * Work with data platforms such as Databricks and Cloud environments, especially AWS and Azure. * Ensure the quality, integrity, and availability of data to support the developed solutions. * Evaluate and select frameworks, languages, and tools considering cost, performance, and scalability. * Contribute to data governance and the integration of solutions with existing architectures. * Evaluate the technical impacts of new features, technologies, and tool changes. * Work in partnership with different stakeholders in building new data-based digital products. * Participate in an environment of constant technological evolution, with challenges related to product engineering, data, and Artificial Intelligence. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we expect from you for this position:** * Completed higher education, Post-Graduation, or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Design, develop, and optimize **ETL/ELT data pipelines** using Databricks, Spark, PySpark, Python, and SQL. * Perform **ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and standardization** of large volumes of data. * Develop, train, validate, and optimize **Machine Learning models** using Scikit\-learn, including regression, decision trees, and clustering. * Build and manage **Machine Learning pipelines** with MLFlow, ensuring governance, traceability, and monitoring of models. * Perform **tuning, monitoring, and performance analysis** of models and AI solutions. * Develop **Generative AI and LLMs** solutions, integrating classic ML models with architectures such as RAG, semantic/vector search, embeddings, and answer ranking. * Implement and integrate solutions using **LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases**. * Develop applications following **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** principles and software engineering best practices. * Work with **Cloud environments in Azure and/or AWS**, including scalable and secure clusters and services. * Apply **DevOps and CI/CD** best practices in the development, deployment, and maintenance of solutions. * Participate in **agile ceremonies**, contributing to technical planning and sprint execution. * Act in the integration between **Data, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Software Engineering**, transforming business needs into scalable solutions. **Differential:** * Experience with CAD / Computer\-Aided Design, 3D modeling / digital modeling, parametric modeling, solids, surfaces, assemblies, technical drawing / drafting, DMU / Digital Mock\-Up, BOM / product structure, and engineering flows integrated with PLM.
