Proactive learning in the pharmaceutical sector #### **Responsibilities** * Assist in organizing and restocking products on shelves, following pharmacy layout and guidelines. * Verify and record expiration dates of medications and other products, reporting items nearing expiration. * Support inventory control by assisting with receiving, organizing, and storing goods. * Complete basic administrative forms and documents related to pharmacy operations under supervision. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of customer service areas, product display zones, and inventory storage, adhering to hygiene standards. * Collaborate in initial customer service, directing inquiries and needs to responsible professionals. #### **Requirements** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education. * Age between 14 and 24 years, per the Apprenticeship Program legislation. * Availability to work a daily shift of 4 hours. * No prior registration as an Apprentice (first job). * Demonstrated interest and proactivity in learning about the pharmaceutical sector and its operations. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). #### **Skills** * Basic Inventory Organization * Batch and Expiry Date Verification * Manual/Digital Data Entry * Basic Office Equipment Operation * Microsoft Office Proficiency (Basic Excel) * Awareness of Good Storage Practices * Basic Information Processing ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** REGIONAL BARRETOS
