Job Summary: As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for regulating automobile insurance claims by analyzing images and conducting on-site inspections, while ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints. Collaboration with internal departments to continuously improve processes **Department:** Claims Regulation **Reports to:** Luiz Agostini **Location:** Available for Londrina, Maringá, and nearby cities. **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days per week onsite) **Application Deadline:**   (20/05/2026\) **As a Claims Adjuster, your responsibilities include:** * Regulating automobile insurance claims through image analysis and on-site inspections, evaluating circumstances, causes, damages, and causal relationships of incidents. * Ensuring compliance with deadlines, accurate repair cost estimation, and proper recording of information in corporate systems, in accordance with company guidelines. * Analyzing and validating repair estimates, repair methods, and part replacements using systems such as Audatex, Cilia, or similar tools. * Conducting external inspections when necessary, working with repair shops and service providers to ensure technical and procedural compliance. * Monitoring, managing, and closing claims-related tasks within the system to prevent rework and administrative delays. * Performing quality inspections, handling customer complaints, recording confidential information, and reporting potential irregularities or fraud. Collaborating with internal departments such as Fraud, Salvage, Parts Procurement, and Workshop Management, providing technical support and contributing to continuous process improvement. You will be a strong candidate if you meet the requirements below * Completed high school education or a completed technological course. * Technical knowledge in auto bodywork and painting (basic), automotive mechanics, and parts. * Experience with estimation and image analysis systems (e.g., Audatex, Cilia, or similar). * Experience in claims regulation, technical analysis, and estimate validation. * Negotiation techniques. * Valid driver’s license – Category B. **Additional Differentiators (Preferred but not required):** * Experience in hybrid claims regulation (image-based and field-based) or fraud analysis. * Familiarity with workshop processes and repair management. * Proactivity in suggesting technical and operational improvements. **About Allianz:** We are Allianz Seguros, the world’s No. 1 insurer, with over 120 years of history in Brazil, continuously evolving every day through innovation and purpose.
