It is an opportunity to develop your skills and experience as a valued member of the team. **Make your mark in AIG's Claims area** **How you will make an impact** You will be responsible for analyzing and managing credit insurance claims. The role involves handling the adjustment of new and existing claims from notification through to settlement. This position requires intermediate-level knowledge of insurance, preferably in Credit Insurance, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with brokers to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities: * Review documentation to assess coverage and determine indemnifiable amounts * Manage claim-related documentation and organize assigned claims/cases * When necessary, engage specialized consultants for coverage analysis and any other external resources, and supervise service providers—including lawyers, accountants, experts, and claims adjusters * Interact directly with policyholders, insurance brokers, service providers, and internal departments (e.g., underwriting, sales) * Prepare claims reports for management, actuarial, and underwriting teams, as required * Contribute to process and analytical improvements **What it takes to succeed** * Bachelor’s degree * Prior experience in insurance, preferably in claims * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Organized portfolio management and timely adherence to deadlines Preferred qualifications: * Experience in adjusting credit insurance claims * Knowledge of credit recovery * English language proficiency **Ready to take on new challenges?
