Maintain contact with clients, insurance companies, and service providers. **Job Description:** The Claims Adjuster will be responsible for analyzing, investigating, and monitoring insurance claim incidents, ensuring that the entire process is conducted with accuracy, transparency, and in accordance with company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and analyze claim notifications; * Conduct factual investigations, including collection of information, documents, and evidence; * Assess causes, extent of damages, and involved liabilities; * Prepare detailed technical reports; * Monitor indemnification and/or repair processes; * Maintain contact with clients, repair shops, insurance companies, and service providers; * Ensure adherence to internal deadlines and procedures; * Identify potential frauds or inconsistencies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Experience in claims, insurance, or vehicle protection fields; * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (desirable); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office).
