Process payments to service providers and law firms related to Accident & Health (A\&H) claims. * Analyze and manage travel insurance claims processes, evaluating documentation, investigating causes, and making coverage decisions in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations. * Directly contact policyholders, commercial departments, sponsors, and other company departments to clarify doubts, request information, and align processes. * Manage the payment flow to service providers and partner law firms related to Accident & Health (A\&H) claims, ensuring timely execution and accurate settlement of amounts. * Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process reviews, automation of routine tasks, and updates to internal procedures. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields; * Organizational skills, dynamism, and proactivity to handle multiple simultaneous demands. * Strong writing and verbal/written communication skills, with ease in interacting across diverse departments and profiles. * Experience in claims analysis (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel intermediate level, PowerPoint). * Knowledge of insurance, insurance products, and insurance market processes.
