Professional to coordinate, lead, and develop teams in bodywork and painting, manage documentation and estimates, and optimize processes for growth.

**Prerequisites:**
Completed high school education;
Bachelor's degree in progress is desirable.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare, review, and distribute documents related to the bodywork and painting department, ensuring process organization and compliance;
* Coordinate, monitor, and guarantee the quality of services performed in bodywork and painting, observing deadlines and technical standards;
* Lead, guide, and develop the bodywork and painting team, promoting engagement, productivity, and adherence to internal policies;
* Prepare estimates for bodywork and painting services, analyzing damage and estimating costs for parts, materials, and labor;
* Liaise with claims regulators, providing technical information, submitting documentation, and tracking processes to completion;
* Identify new market opportunities and manage the department to increase conversion rate and revenue growth.
